All I am asking from you is two things: 1) A brief email when you receive the T-Shirt if you are happy with the service and product 2) Again a brief email AFTER 3 MONTHS to let me know if there were any problems with the product in any way If you are interested in participating, then please send me an email to: If you use the link above, all the information required will come up automatically in your email. Current T-Shirt colours: White only Current Text colours: Dark blue or orange On receipt of your email I will give you a quote, approx. lead time and payment instructions. You can then let me know if you want to go ahead or not. One large logo on the back, one medium on the front, and to small logos on each short arm.

TEXT 3: LEFT SLEEVE (if required, max 17 letters)
